The Victims:

Alexander Ashford/The Nosferatu: Alexander Ashford, Alfred and Alexia's father, was their first victim. He was used as a human subject in Alexia's trials while she was researching the T-Veronica Virus. His cells rapidly changed, and he proved to be a failure as a subject, and was restrained in the Antarctic Facility for 15 years, the same length of time that Alexia herself was in stasis.

Claire Redfield: Claire was taken prisoner by Umbrella after she infiltrated their Headquarters. She was taken to Rockfort Island, which is run by Alfred. After she became one of the only survivors of the T-Virus outbreak there, Alfred began to toy with her, using the prison and surrounding buildings as his own little maze for Claire, setting monsters out after her, enjoying torturing her.

Steve Burnside: Steve Burnside was taken prisoner by Umbrella after his father leaked company secrets. He was also one of the only survivors against the outbreak, and met up with Claire Redfield. He and Alfred always seem to end up shooting each other. It was because of Steve shooting Alfred while he was in his Alexia persona that his Disassociative Identity Disorder was revealed. Even after it was revealed that Alfred thought he was his own sister, he still retained her voice and manner of speaking. Steve Burnside was the one that fatally wounded Alfred.

Albert Wesker: Alfred and Wesker never meet up that we know about, but Alfred blames Claire for what Wesker's company, HCF, did to Rockfort Island. It's not known if he ever finds out that it was Wesker who destroyed the facilities.
